What you'll need

A valid driver's license (Category B in the EU, or equivalent) and a credit card for the security deposit. A refundable security deposit is held against the card on collection; the exact amount varies by vehicle and is shown in the booking summary before you pay.

What insurance is included?

Basic coverage with roadside assistance comes with every rental. Optional full-coverage protection reduces the excess and can be added at checkout.

What is the cancellation policy?

Flex 48h (€15/night) gives free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Flex 30d (€10/night) gives free cancellation up to 30 days before. Without either, the partner's standard terms apply.

Are there mileage limits?

Rentals include 100 km/day by default. A 200 km/day package and an unlimited-kilometre option can be added during booking; extra kilometres are charged at the rate set in the contract.

Can I bring pets?

Yes! A cleaning surcharge may apply depending on return conditions.

Can I drive across borders?

Yes, absolutely.

What if I return the van late?

Late-return fees may apply, as set in the booking contract. Contact your partner as soon as possible if you're running late to avoid disrupting the next booking.
